Cipher Systems
English Ordinal assigns A=1 through Z=26 — the simplest and most widely referenced system. Full Reduction (Pythagorean) reduces each letter to a single digit by cycling 1–9. Reverse Ordinal flips the scale so A=26 and Z=1. Chaldean uses a pre-alphabetic Babylonian assignment where letters are grouped by vibrational similarity rather than alphabetical order. Francis Bacon preserves letter case, assigning 1–26 to lowercase and 27–52 to uppercase letters.
